Duininck Chiropractic, P.A. has been offering chiropractic services to people in the Willmar area since 1978. Many changes have come throughout the years, none greater than third party reimbursement (health insurance).  We are providers (have contracts) with many insurance companies.  We will gladly submit your treatments to your insurance company.  However the patient is responsible for payment of services and will be billed for any amount that insurance does not cover.  We do accept cash, personal checks, Visa, MasterCard and Discover.

Personal Injury/Motor Vehicle Accidents (Please fill out the PIP form with your agency. If this paperwork is not done, your insurance company usually will not pay for medical services.)

Worker's Compensation (Please fill out a first report of injury with your employer.  If this paperwork is not done prior to your first visit for the injury, the worker's compensation carrier can deny responsibility for payment of claims.)

 

*Many health insurance plans cover chiropractic treatment.  Deductibles and co-pays do apply to chiropractic care.  Some policies also limit the number of visits to a chiropractor per year.  If you have a question about your insurance in regards to chiropractic care, contact your insurance provider for full coverage details.
